MICHAEL MURRAY CONTINUES TO DIRECT OUR SOCIAL SERVICES PROGRAM

Michael Murray recently completed his first year as the Director of Social Services for Cherokee Home.  Michael coordinates child placement, plans of services, and supervises social service program administration for Cherokee Home.  Call him at the office number if you have questions or know of children that we may be able to help.

WE ARE NOW IN OUR 51ST YEAR OF SERVICE TO CHILDREN AND FAMILIES

Although incorporated on August 1, 1956, the ribbon cutting on the first cottage and 'official' opening of Cherokee Home for Children was held on September 28, 1958.  As we now move past that 50 year milestone, many large and small celebrations have been completed.  On September 28th, the home was rededicated to continued service to neglected, abused, and at-risk children.
